As a Penton Media, Inc. company,
we are required to charge sales tax at your local tax rate where we or any of the
other Penton companies have existing operations. This currently encompasses the
following:
AL, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA,
IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI and Canada

If you pay for your purchase
using a bankcard that is associated with your checking account, such as a debit
or check card, do not click "Submit Order" more than once. Doing so will place funds
in your account on reserve, making them unavailable to you until they are released
by your financial institution. Depending on your bank's policies, these held funds
could be unavailable to you for up to 30 days.

charged at the time you submit your order.

Please
note that any comments left in the section marked Order Comments on the customer
information screen will delay your rush order, as well as a standard shipping order.

UPS Ground Shipping:
Standard orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) in 1-2 business
days. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays. Customers can expect
to receive their order 5-7 business days after it was placed.
Priority Mail:
Standard orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) in 1-2 business
days. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays. Customers can expect
to receive their order 4-5 business days after it was placed. (Please note that
this shipping method is mainly used for orders shipping to post office boxes)
Rush
Shipping
Rush
orders - if they are received by 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through
Friday, are expected to ship the same day (pending credit card approval).
Please
note that we cannot ship by UPS to post office boxes
UPS Next Day Air:
Next Day Air orders are accepted through 3:00pm CST every business day. In most
cases, we'll ship your order that same day (pending credit card approval) for delivery
the following business day. A business day is Monday through Friday, not including
holidays.
UPS 2nd Day Air:
2nd-Day Air orders will be processed the same business day (pending credit card
approval). A business day is Monday though Friday, not including holidays. Customers
can expect delivery two business days after the order is processed.
Shipping Options to Canada
Special Note to Canadian Customers: All orders shipped to Canada by UPS will be
subject to UPS brokerage fees. We are not responsible for any brokerage fees that
are incurred when this shipping method has been chosen.
UPS Ground
to Canada: UPS ground shipping to Canada will be processed (pending credit
card approval) in 1-2 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, not
including holidays. Customers can expect delivery within 3-5 business days pending
customs clearance. Please note that UPS Standard is not available to those living
in the Northwest Territories, Nanavut or the Yukon Territory.
UPS Express
to Canada: UPS Express orders will be processed (pending credit card approval)
in 1-2 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
Customers can expect delivery 3-4 business days after the order is processed. UPS
cannot be shipped to post office boxes.
International
Priority Mail: orders will be processed (pending credit card approval)
in 1-2 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
Customers can expect delivery in 7-10 business days after the order is processed.
This shipping method is recommended for packages under 4 lbs.
Air Parcel
Post: orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) in 1-2 business
days. A business day is Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Customers
can expect delivery 10-14 business days after the order is processed.

Express: UPS Express orders will be processed (pending credit card approval)
in 1-2 business days. A business day is Monday though Friday, not including holidays.

Canceling
an Order
If you need to cancel your
order, please call our customer service department at 1-800-262-1954 or 1-913-967-1719,
between 8:00am and 5:00pm CST.

Returns
Policy
If for any reason you are
not satisfied with an item you have ordered from www.BuyPenton.com, we will gladly
accept a return for the item that is in it's original condition and packaging for
a full refund of product cost and applicable sales tax (unless otherwise noted below *).
Return
Process
A Return Merchandise Authorization
must accompany all returns. You can obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization by
contacting our customer service department at:

The Return Merchandise Authorization number should
be noted on the Return Merchandise Authorization sheet that was included along with
the packing slip in your order. Please complete the form, including the return reason
and place this form inside the box with your return. The address label for returns
is located in the lower right hand corner of the Return Merchandise Authorization
sheet. Please attach this address label to your return to insure proper delivery.
The return process can take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete. **
If you do not have the Return Merchandise Authorization,
please provide the following information with your return:

- Order Number

* Recorded media (software,
data, audio, video, etc.) is non-returnable once the product package is opened.
Any defective media will be replaced.
** We cannot be responsible
for packages lost during the return. Therefore, we recommend that your return be
shipped by an insured method.
Exchanges
We will gladly accept exchanges
for items that are in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt; however, customer
service must be notified of the exchange prior to the return. Please see return
process for instructions on returning your item.
Refunds
The refund for your return
will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase. It may take up to
two credit card billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please
note that shipping is non-refundable.
What
if I received a damaged item?
If you receive an item damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. We will either
replace your item, or we will provide a prepaid return label for you to return the
item for a refund.
Is your e-Commerce shopping cart secure?
Yes, we offer a fully secure e-commerce site, featuring the latest in 128-bit encryption
technology. Users of older versions of Internet browsers may find that they cannot
add items to their shopping cart. We recommend that those users take the opportunity
to upgrade their browsers to the latest version available. The browsers are free
and easily downloaded from the browser's web site.
