DO YOU PRODUCE OR SELL OWNER'S MANUALS?
WHY CAN'T I FIND A MANUAL FOR MY VEHICLE?
Two possible reasons:
- It's too new.
- The model range did not have enough vehicles produced.
We typically do not produce manuals for vehicles less than two years old. And we don't consider creating a manual until there are enough vehicles on the road for us to cover the time and costs of developing one of our comprehensive manuals (which includes a complete teardown and rebuild of the vehicle and the time/costs to author and print the manual). There are thousands of year/make/model combinations of vehicles out there with new ones being introduced all the time. It would take an army of qualified technicians and writers to cover such quantities. We have to be a bit more selective.
DO YOU PUBLISH YOUR MANUALS IN ELECTRONIC (ONLINE/DIGITAL) FORMAT?
Yes, Clymer also offers online/digital manuals! Online Manuals are an electronic version of our iconic printed Clymer Repair Manual. Clymer has converted hundreds of our most popular Motorcycle, Scooter and ATV manuals to electronic format. These are available from https://www.clymer.com/clymer-online-manuals/product
and select versions are also available for purchase at leading auto parts retailers. Just search for your specific vehicle and both Print and Online Manual options will appear, if we have that manual in both formats. Clymer will continue to add further online manual titles as the conversion process continues. Clymer traditional printed product line will continue to be marketed aggressively with an ongoing program of updates and new titles as well. Many customers are choosing the best of both formats and purchasing a print and online manual together!
Clymer Online Manuals are accessed via the internet and remain available to you for 1 year from the date of activation. As an added bonus, you will be given the option to renew at a highly discounted rate.
There is no limit to printing out pages from our online manuals.
ARE THERE ADVANTAGES TO PURCHASING ONLINE MANUALS?
Yes, the online/digital format does provide a number of advantages.
- All the same great content as the print manual, only better!
- You can use the online manual on many devices such as a laptop, tablet or even a smartphone.
- Photos, illustrations and diagrams are in color.
- There is a powerful, easy-to-use, search function.
- Printing is simple. Print out the pages and sections you need at home, at the shop, virtually anywhere and anytime (as long as you have an Internet connection) with no limits!
I JUST PURCHASED A CLYMER ONLINE MANUAL. HOW DO I ACCESS IT?
- Navigate to your My Clymer Toolbox.
- Log in with the username and password that you created in the login process.
- Click on the "View" button next to the Clymer Online Manual you wish to view.
CAN I PRINT FROM THE ONLINE MANUAL?
Yes. There is no limit to printing out pages from our online manuals.
CAN I DOWNLOAD THE ONLINE MANUAL?
No. Clymer online manuals are accessed via the internet and remain available to the user for 1 year from date of activation.
DO I HAVE TO BE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET TO VIEW MY ONLINE MANUAL?
CAN I VIEW THE ONLINE MANUALS ON A MOBILE DEVICE?
Clymer Online Manuals are viewable on your mobile device.
CAN I VIEW THE ONLINE MANUALS ON A KINDLE OR NOOK?
We do not currently offer a platform specifically designed to view online manuals on the Kindle or Nook.

IS MY PURCHASE SUBJECT TO SALES TAX?
As part of Haynes North America, Inc, we are required to charge sales tax at your local tax rate where we have existing operations. This currently encompasses CA and TN, but a recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling may cause the list of states to expand.

CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE INSTEAD OF OVER THE INTERNET?
If you would prefer to place your order over the phone, please call 1-800-442-9637 or 1-805-498-6703, 7:30am - 4:30pm PST, and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. Note that some special offers and benefits are only available when an order is placed online on our website. One example is Free Domestic Shipping.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Clymer handles returns on a case-by-case basis with the objective of satisfying the customer. We stand behind our products and we want our customers to be satisfied with them.
If you have an issue with the product you have purchased from us, please inform us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 7 days of the receipt of your order.
If the printed manual product(s) have been delivered to you, the printed manual(s) that were purchased from clymer.com must be returned in good condition with no writing, stains or damage and shipped to us at your own cost.
If a refund is issued for a Clymer online/digital product, you will no longer have access to your Haynes online/digital manual.
You will be issued a full refund of your purchase (minus cost of the original shipping should this apply) within a week of approval. However, Clymer cannot be responsible for delays by your banking institution regarding a refund to your credit card as that is out of our control.
Any gift cards or online manual codes purchased at a retailer or other (non-Clymer) online merchant and redeemed on the Clymer site cannot be refunded by us and must be returned to the original place of purchase with your receipt.

If you pay for your purchase using a bankcard that is associated with your checking account, such as a debit or check card, do not click "Submit Order" more than once. Doing so will place funds in your account on reserve, making them unavailable to you until they are released by your financial institution. Depending on your bank's policies, these held funds could be unavailable to you for up to 30 days.

Please note that FedEx or UPS shipments cannot be sent to a PO Box.
All Next Day and 2nd Day orders will not be processed until the Next Business Day excluding holidays.
Priority Mail: Standard orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays. Customers can expect to receive their order 4-5 business days after it was placed.
Ground Shipping: Standard orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) in 1-2 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays. Customers can expect to receive their order 5-7 business days after it was placed.
NOTE: Media Mail orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) in 1-2 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays. Customers can expect to receive their order 7-10 business days after it was placed.
Please note that FedEx or UPS shipments cannot be sent to post office boxes.
UPS Next Day Air: Next Day orders are processed and shipped on the next business day after ordering. A business day is Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2nd-Day Air orders are processed and shipped on the next business day after ordering. A business day is Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Customers can expect delivery two business days after the order is processed.
All Next Day and 2nd Day orders will not be processed until the Next Business Day after ordering excluding holidays (pending credit card approval). A business day is Monday through Friday, not including holidays. NO Saturday deliveries available.

IS YOUR E-COMMERCE SHOPPING CART SECURE?
